Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the NourFit app. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. For any question, write to info@tripzi.tech.
What NourFit does
NourFit shows restaurants in Slovakia, reads their menus and suggests dishes that fit your calorie and protein target, diet and allergies. You can also log what you eat and ask questions about a menu or a meal.
Restaurant information
Restaurant names and menus come from public restaurant listings and food delivery platforms. Restaurants change their menus often, so what you see in the app can be incomplete or out of date. NourFit isn't affiliated with the restaurants, and their names and brands belong to their owners.
Calories and nutrition are estimates
Most calorie and macro numbers in the app are estimates. We work them out from the dish name, the ingredients and weights the restaurant lists, and typical portions, partly with the help of AI. The dish on your plate can differ.
NourFit is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor or a dietitian. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or follow a diet for medical reasons, ask a professional before you rely on these numbers.
Allergens
Allergen marks come from what the restaurant lists and from words in the dish description. They can be missing or wrong. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, always ask the restaurant staff before you order.
AI answers
Ask, photo logging and food checks use AI from OpenAI. AI answers can be wrong, so check anything that matters to you. Please don't put personal or sensitive information into questions or photos. The app limits how often these features can be used.
NourFit Pro
Some features need NourFit Pro, a subscription you can buy in the app. The free version has limits that the app shows, and we may change them.
- You buy NourFit Pro through the App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you buy, and the payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price shown, unless you cancel it before the current period ends. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- If you start a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel before then.
- You cancel in your Apple or Google account settings. The support page shows how. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
- After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Fair use
NourFit is for your own personal use. Please don't copy restaurant or menu data from the app in bulk, run bots or scripts against it, try to get around its limits, or use it in a way that harms the service or other people. If that happens, we can limit or block access.
Our work
The app, its design, its texts and the way it ranks dishes belong to us. You may use them only through the app.
Changes and availability
We keep working on NourFit, so features can change, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
Responsibility
We put care into NourFit, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what you order or eat based on the app, or for mistakes in restaurant information, estimates or AI answers. This doesn't limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
