Try Tripzi Deals risk-free! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the service within 14 days of your initial purchase, we'll provide a full refund-no questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You Are Eligible for a Refund If:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment
- You are a first-time subscriber (guarantee applies once per user)
- You have not previously received a refund for Tripzi Deals
- Your account is in good standing and not involved in fraudulent activity
Refunds Are Not Available For:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
- Partial month refunds (subscription cancelled mid-cycle)
- Deals that were booked based on notifications sent during your active subscription
- Technical issues caused by user error or device incompatibility
- Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- In-App: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Through Stripe: Use the subscription management link in your billing emails
- Email: Contact support@tripzi.tech with your account email
Important: Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. You retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. To request a refund, you must explicitly contact us within the 14-day guarantee period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:
- Email Us: Send a refund request to refunds@tripzi.tech
- Include Details: Provide your account email address and reason for refund (optional)
- Verification: We'll verify your eligibility within 1 business day
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Payment Return: Funds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approval: Within 1 business day of request
- Processing: 5-7 business days to initiate refund
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
Total Timeline: Expect to receive your refund within 10-17 business days from request submission.
6. Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription:
- You retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period
- No refund is issued for unused days in the billing cycle
- Future billing stops immediately upon cancellation
7. Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions:
- 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual payment
- After 14 days, no refunds are available for the remaining period
- You may cancel at any time but retain access until the annual term ends
- No automatic renewal after cancellation
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly:
- Your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We may contest the chargeback if it falls outside our refund policy
- Chargeback fees may be deducted from the refund amount
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns
9. Failed Payments & Auto-Renewal
If a subscription renewal payment fails:
- We'll attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days
- You'll receive email notifications before each retry
- If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled
- No refund is issued for failed payment periods
- To reactivate, update your payment method and resubscribe
10. Technical Issues & Service Credits
If you experience significant service disruptions due to issues on our end:
- We may offer service credits or subscription extensions instead of refunds
- Credits are issued at our discretion based on disruption severity
- Service credits do not extend to third-party airline or booking issues
- Report technical issues to support@tripzi.tech within 48 hours
11. Refunds for Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged without authorization:
- Contact us immediately at refunds@tripzi.tech
- Provide transaction details and explanation
- We'll investigate within 48 hours
- Confirmed unauthorized charges are refunded in full immediately
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will:
- Be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Not affect refund eligibility for purchases made before the change
- Be communicated to active subscribers via email

13. Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from digital service contracts within 14 days. However, by accessing the service during this period, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit the right to withdraw if you have been provided with full access to the digital content.
